BASE RATE

Two hours of the theater to yourself, popcorn included.

POLICIES & INFORMATION
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
- Outside food and drink are not permitted. All food and beverage must be purchased through or arranged with Fort Kent Cinema.
- The renting party is responsible for any damages to the theater or equipment during the event.
- All events must end by 11:00 PM.
- A signed rental agreement is required before confirmation of your booking.
- Private screenings: For invited family and friends only. You may bring your own DVD or Blu-ray. No ticket sales or public advertising permitted.
- Licensed screenings: Public, group, and fundraiser events require properly licensed films. We can arrange licensing through our partners - fees vary by film and will be quoted per film.
- Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, or anything that may damage the seats or screen.
