Thinking Outside the Box

Running a small-town movie theater isn’t just about picking films and making popcorn — sometimes it’s about finding creative ways to keep the lights on and the heat running when winter rolls around. Oil prices don’t exactly drop when the snow starts falling, so I’ve been looking for new ideas to help cover the basics without raising ticket prices.
